A practice based on maintaining the highest level of communication between architect and owner, achieved through frequent on-site planning sessions and progress meetings.
Roberts Architects will direct and coordinate the activities of all sub-consultant specialty design firms. All Communications between the design team and the owner will be through Roberts Architects under a single contract with the Owner.
Roberts Architects and all sub-consultants are closely held organizations operated under the direct supervision of highly qualified and experienced principals who as owners are responsible for the performance and success of their firms.
In-house capabilities combined with associated firms, individuals and sub-consultants assures availability of personnel to meet project deadlines.
We use a "building systems" approach to design intended to permit the facility to "adapt" to future programs with minimum cost.
We operate under a basic philosophy that good design is the direct result of respect for other disciplines and an ability to work together to solve problems in a creative and efficient manner.
